My co-worker’s brother in-law-Chuck works for this mechanic shop and he said that Chuck and his team only gives out quality work and excellent customer service. So I tried it and was very satisfied, they looked at my dad’s 2004 Ford Explorer transmission issue to confirmed on the issue his been having with the reverse problem. Anyhow, they were on top of being on time with our appointment and honest in the details we needed to understand. He gave us several options for us to decide and did not pressure us to stay to fix. We respect his integrity and appreciated his honest diagnoses of the problem. We will definitely go back. We finally found an honest and trust worthy mechanic team.
What businesses need to understand, running a business means trust, because you work with integrity and customers will love to keep you. It is hard to find those honest businesses.

These guys are great. They're knowledgeable, respectful, honest and really communicate the information you need to know about getting your vehicle repaired.
My first time at this shop and I found it to be not only professional in their service but in my opinion fairly priced too....a rare quality in the automotive business. They diagnosed , repaired and had truck ready for pickup with in hours and my bill was less than quoted ! I will be back for future repairs.

Easy. I felt little bad by dropping my truck off without calling but it was emergency at the time. They took care of me and allowed me to pay the repair bill early so I could pick up my truck after hours.
I had some vibration while I was driving at freeway speeds. Evans Automotive took a look and noticed it was one of my tires. A new set of tires and an alignment and everything is working great. Great service!
